Having lived in the Verde Valley for over 30 years, I can tell you it is extremely difficult to find honest, competent workers here in nearly every trade. Two of Advanced Septic Services knowledgeable experts arrived on time yesterday to service our septic tank. This is my first experience owning a home with a septic system, so I wasn’t aware what to expect. Our tank was buried unusually deep (6 ft) and had no “risers” to access the tank. After locating our system, they then had to dig down to the tank before they could complete the service. We had to add 2 risers to bring our system into compliance, and John was here again this morning to complete the job. Before leaving, he replaced our dirt and gravel to blend with our landscape. Advance Septic Services technicians and office staff exceeded all our expectations of efficiency, professionalism, arrival times and courtesy. We highly recommend them with no reservation whatsoever! You will not be disappointed!
